Heidi Pike

Heidi grew up on a hobby farm in South Dakota. During summers she would help her family bring in up to 1200 square bales of hay to feed their animals during the winter. She has been coming to Ironwood since she was 15 and graduated from our Defined program. While she was in Defined, she worked in the kitchen most of the time but also worked on Hospitality and Program teams. She joined our resident staff team in June 2026, running the Sequoia Meadow kitchen from May through October and helping at Ironwood the rest of the year. She enjoys baking fun things for others and loves being outdoors!
