Ricky & Alyssa Bealle

Ricky grew up in North Carolina and has a degree in advertising and graphic design. Alyssa grew up in Wisconsin and has an office technology degree from Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, WI. Alyssa’s introduction to camp work was in 2018, when she worked as summer staff on the hospitality team at Camp Chetek. In 2019, she worked for a full year on their seasonal staff on hospitality. Ricky’s introduction to camp work was as a summer counselor at Camp Chetek in 2019. Ricky and Alyssa met that summer and got married in 2020. They both bonded over a shared love of camp. They returned to Camp Chetek as married summer staff in 2021 and that fall came to Ironwood for the first time, as they felt God leading them toward full-time camp ministry. They completed a year of Ministry Bound in 2021-2022, then moved back to Wisconsin for two years. They returned to Ironwood in 2024. Ricky now manages Ironwood’s stores, and Alyssa is our Hospitality team leader. They have one desert Pygmy, Rocky.
