Nathan Mestler has served as the president of International Baptist College and Seminary since August 2019. He enjoys investing in young people and enthusiastically teaching them life-changing principles from God’s Word. He grew up in a missionary family in Kenya and graduated from IBCS with a BA in Bible and Christian Service. He directed the youth program at Tri-City Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona, before earning his M.Div. at Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. He is currently working on his D.Min. He is a chaplain in the Arizona Air National Guard and has served as a professor and the dean of students at IBCS and college pastor at Tri-City Baptist Church. He and his wife Bethany have two sons and two daughters.

Morris Gleiser was saved at age six through the influence of his parents. Morris Gleiser felt God’s call to ministry at age 18 and became burdened for teens a year later. After graduating from Bob Jones University, he served as youth and associate pastor for 14 years at Providence Baptist Church in Riverview, Florida. In May 1989 he became director and evangelist of West Branch, a ministry of Bill Rice Ranch in Flagstaff, Arizona. In 1994 he felt the Lord’s urging to return to return to local church ministry and became the youth pastor of Tri-City Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri. He entered full-time evangelism in 2000 and is serving as the staff evangelist of Burge Terrace Baptist Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. His desire is to continue to minister to young and old alike through evangelism and a strong pulpit ministry.

George Binoka serves as the Senior Pastor of Berean Baptist Church in San Tan Valley, AZ. His life and ministry are a testimony to God’s grace and faithful pursuit even through hardship, displacement, and brokenness. Born during his family’s escape from war in the Middle East and raised in the United States amid poverty, illness, and family instability, George experienced firsthand the pain that often leaves people questioning God’s care. Through the quiet faithfulness of ordinary believers—bus ministry workers, pastors, teachers, and church families—God patiently demonstrated the gospel not only in words, but in sacrificial love. Those examples, paired with the clear preaching of Christ, ultimately led George to place his trust in Jesus Christ as a teenager, forever changing the direction of his life. George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Studies from International Baptist College and Seminary and a Master of Divinity. During his college years, he served as a junior camp counselor for two summers and as Ironwood’s junior camp speaker for three summers. He has a deep love for the local church and a burden to see people from every background come to know Christ and grow in Him. His approach to ministry is shaped by the conviction that God delights in using ordinary people to accomplish His extraordinary purposes. George is grateful to serve alongside his wife, Lexie, and together they are raising their two daughters. As a family, they are committed to loving the church, serving the community, and pointing others to the hope found in Jesus Christ alone.
