Tyler & Alyssa LaFlamme

Tyler and Alyssa joined Ironwood resident staff in 2026, though Alyssa grew up at Ironwood as a staff kid. The Lord led them to meet when Tyler and Alyssa were counselors on summer staff. Tyler earned degrees in biblical counseling and business administration, and Alyssa earned a degree in interior architecture and design. After college they completed our Ministry Bound program, and in June 2026 they joined our resident staff team. They serve at Sequoia Meadow from May through October and have added one pygmy, Oliver, to the Ironwood family.
