Montana Craven

Montana spent most of his childhood as a staff kid at Higher Ground Baptist Bible Camp in Soldotna, Alaska. After high school, he did two years of trade school for construction at a nonprofit faith-based vocational school before joining Ironwood’s Ministry Bound program. He helped with construction projects with our Longevity team and learned vehicle maintenance. In June 2026 he joined our resident staff team, working maintenance at Sequoia Meadow six months of the year and at Ironwood the other six months.
