Caleb Phelps is the senior pastor at Faith Baptist Church in Taylors, SC. He has served faithfully in the ministry as an evangelist, junior and teen camp speaker, youth pastor, and now senior pastor since completing his seminary training. He loves to preach and has been able to do so at numerous schools, youth camps, and churches across the country.

Nik Richards was raised in a pastor’s home and became a believer at an early age. He and his wife Alicia are graduates of Maranatha Baptist University. Pastor Nik has been heavily involved in working with the youth and teen ministries for the last 16 years at Calvary Baptist Church in Watertown, WI, where he is now the youth pastor. As a youth pastor, his desire is to meet the needs of the families and the youth of his community. Pastor Nik’s goal by the time his teens leave the youth group is that they have a growing relationship with God, a Biblical worldview, and a desire to serve the Lord with their talents and gifts. He and his wife Alicia have three children.

Nathan Steadman has served at Tri-City Baptist Church in Westminster, CO, since February 2017—first as an assistant pastor in the areas of teens and outreach and now as adult ministries pastor with family life, missions, and music. For six years prior, he the led a church youth ministry in Kansas City, MO. Nathan has a BA in Bible and an MA in Pastoral Studies. He and his wife Janelle met while serving at a Christian camp; they have three sons and enjoy watching football and spending time with their boys.
