PURPOSE
For a teen willing to give his life to God and do whatever He chooses, the daunting task of how to prepare for that life can be overwhelming or unknown. Ministry Outfitters is designed for 10–12th graders whose goal in life is to serve God.

After running from the Lord for a number of years, Ron Perry accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 18. After graduating from Bob Jones University with a BA in Pastoral Studies and an MA in Counseling, he and his wife Beneth moved to California to become part of the Ironwood team. While serving at Ironwood, they planted Faith Baptist Church of Cherokee Road. Since 2009, Pastor Ron has been the senior pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Folsom, California; he is also a police chaplain for his local police department. He enjoys preaching God’s Word and shepherding His people. He and Beneth have two daughters.
